Voveran Emulgel is used for managing these conditions:

• Muscle and joint injuries, including sprains and strains

• Sports injuries resulting in pain or swelling

• Severe backache disrupting daily activities

• Tendonitis conditions such as tennis elbow

• Osteoarthritis causing joint pain and stiffness

• Post-traumatic pain following an accident or surgery

• Swelling around the elbow or knee joints

• Acute neck pain originating from cervical joints and soft tissues.

Using Voveran Emulgel is straightforward. Follow these steps:

• Always clean your hands before applying the gel.

• Apply the gel to the affected area as advised by your doctor.

• Remember to wash your hands after applying the gel.

• Avoid covering the treated area with bandages or dressings.

• Be cautious not to let the gel come into contact with your eyes, inside of your nose or mouth, or any broken or infected skin. If it does, wash thoroughly with water.

Voveran Emulgel contains Diclofenac Diethylamine (1.16 %), which acts on your body in the following ways:

• Inhibits COX Enzymes: Diclofenac hampers the activity of cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes in your body. These enzymes play a crucial role in creating chemicals known as prostaglandins.

• Reduces Prostaglandin Production: By blocking these COX enzymes, Diclofenac effectively reduces the production of prostaglandins. These chemicals are responsible for causing pain and inflammation at sites of injury or damage. Hence, their reduction leads to alleviation of pain and inflammation.

• Keep your Voveran Emulgel stored below 30°C.

• Avoid freezing the gel.

• The medicine should not have direct exposure to sunlight.

• Make sure the gel is kept out of children's reach.

• If you have osteoarthritis, try to maintain a balanced diet rich in calcium and vitamin D to strengthen your bones. Foods like milk, cheese, fish, and orange juice are good choices.

• To avoid worsening symptoms of tendonitis or strains, avoid heavy physical activities or sports that put extra stress on your affected joints. Regular light to moderate exercises can help maintain joint flexibility without causing more damage.
