• Antifungal treatment: It is often prescribed to treat fungal infections of the skin, such as athlete's foot (tinea pedis), ringworm (tinea corporis), jock itch (tinea cruris), and fungal infections in other areas of the body.
• Dandruff: It can be used to manage dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp. 
• Pityriasis versicolor: It is also effective in treating pityriasis versicolor, a fungal skin infection that causes discoloured patches on the skin.
• Candidiasis: In some cases, it may be used to treat candidiasis, a fungal infection caused by Candida species, particularly in skin folds and moist areas.
• Maintenance therapy: KZ Soap can be used for maintenance therapy to prevent the recurrence of certain fungal infections after an initial treatment.

• Wet the skin with water.
• Gently rub the soap on the skin to create a rich lather.
• Ensure that the lather covers all affected areas.
• Leave the lather on for approximately 5 minutes.
• Rinse off the soap with clean water.
• Pat dry the skin with a clean cloth.

• Ketoconazole (2%) - It is an azole antifungal agent that slows down the growth of various fungi and yeast, including those responsible for causing dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. It does this by inhibiting the formation of ergosterol which is an essential component of fungal cell membrane
