Kottakkal Ayurveda Ostikot Tablet 100 is used for supporting joint health. Formulated with Ayurvedic ingredients, this tablet helps promote joint health by supporting bone strength and assisting in the management of mild symptoms associated with osteoarthritis. It helps address inflammation in muscles and joints. It may also help relieve mild symptoms associated with lumbago and sarcolitis.  

• Rasna (Alpinia galanga): Rasna, known scientifically as Alpinia galanga, is a herb used  in traditional medicine. It helps support digestive health and alleviate joint discomfort. With its warming properties, Rasna assists in managing circulation and reducing inflammation. 
   
• Aragvadha (Cassia fistula): Aragvadha, or Cassia fistula, is a traditional herb recognised for its beneficial effects on digestive health and detoxification. Additionally, it may help in managing inflammation.
