Lying Position:

• Fold the diaper lengthwise and cup it in your hands. Ensure no creases in the diaper.
• Have the patient lie on his side. Insert the diaper through the crotch area from front to back.
• Arrange the diaper to be at the centre. 
• Fasten the lower tapes sideways and the upper tapes.

Standing Position:

• Open the diaper. Position it on the back. Raise the lower panel of the diaper up between the legs.
• Fasten the lower tapes of both sides slightly angled up.
• Fasten the upper tapes of both sides slightly angle down. Adjust the diaper for proper fit.
