Fol-XT Tablet is used for the following:

• Management of vitamin deficiencies, particularly folate, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin B6

• Support during pregnancy for proper foetal development

• Enhancement of nervous system function

• Boosting immune system function

• Aid in the formation of healthy red blood cells

Here are some guidelines to follow while taking Fol-XT Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.

• The medicine can be taken with or without food.

• It's advisable not to exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

Fol-XT Tablet is taken orally.

Fol-XT Tablet consists of three active ingredients:

• L-Methylfolate (1 mg): This is the active form of folic acid that replenishes low folate levels in your body. Folate is vital for preventing certain types of anaemia and supporting proper foetal development.

• Methylcobalamin (1.5 mg): Acting as an active form of Vitamin B12, Methylcobalamin is responsible for correcting Vitamin B12 deficiency which can lead to anaemia and nerve problems. It’s beneficial in maintaining healthy nerve cells and red blood cells and aids DNA synthesis.

• Vitamin B6/Pyridoxine (30 mg): Pyridoxine, a form of Vitamin B6 is essential for a variety of body functions. It helps to manage Vitamin B6 deficiency and enhances the functioning of your nervous and immune systems. Additionally, it plays a significant role in protein metabolism and red blood cell formation.

• Store Fol-XT Tablet at room temperature (around 25 degrees Celsius).

• Keep it away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture.

• Always keep it in its original packaging until use.

• Ensure it's kept out of reach of children.

• Use the medicine before the expiry date mentioned on the package.
