It is effective in managing enlarged glands, such as swollen lymph nodes and thyroid enlargements, especially around puberty. It is beneficial in managing coughs, croup, and breathing difficulties. • During the problem, give 4-5 tablets 3-4 times a day.

• Children are to receive half the dose.
• Take as prescribed by the physician.

• Read the label carefully before use.

• The ideal temperature for storage is 25 degrees centigrade.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• Tablets are to be taken orally, preferably half an hour before or after meal/feeding. 
• Let the tablets melt slowly in the mouth. Thus, the drugs can be absorbed directly through the oral mucosa without detours. 
• In small children and infants, it is advisable to dissolve the tablets in some water (say 2-3 teaspoons) and feed the solution with a spoon.
• Pregnant or lactating women and people with other medical conditions should consult a doctor before using.
• Avoid any strong smells in the mouth, such as coffee, onion, hing, mint, camphor, garlic, etc., while taking the medicine.
• Keep at least half an hour gap between food/drink / any other medicines and allopathic medicines.
