Zanpan L Capsule 10 is used for managing the following conditions:

• Functional dyspepsia, a condition that causes discomfort in the upper abdomen.

• Non-ulcer dyspepsia, a condition in which there's indigestion without any obvious cause.

• Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), a chronic digestive disorder where stomach acid flows back into the oesophagus.

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Pantoprazole (40 mg): As a proton pump inhibitor, pantoprazole suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly blocking the hydrogen/potassium adenosine triphosphatase enzyme system at the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells. This action decreases both basal and stimulated gastric acid secretion, increasing the pH of your stomach.
