Wofungin 70 MG Injection 1 is used for the following:

• Management of invasive aspergillosis in patients who are refractory to or intolerant of other antifungal therapies

• Control of candidemia and various Candida infections, including intra-abdominal abscesses, peritonitis, and pleural space infections

• Management of esophageal candidiasis

• Empirical therapy for assumed fungal infections in febrile neutropenic patients

• This medicine is administered via slow intravenous infusion over approximately 1 hour.

Wofungin 70 MG Injection 1 contains caspofungin acetate (70 mg), which works on the body as follows:
