It can be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal, but to receive the greatest effect, take it on a regular basis as directed by your doctor. Take no antacids for 2 hours before or after taking Vasotop 30mg Tablet, as this may interfere with the medicine's effectiveness. Do not stop using this medicine without visiting your doctor first. If you stop using this medicine too soon, your illness may get worse.
