V Gat 0.3 % Drops 5 ML is used for a variety of health conditions, such as:

• Handling a wide range of aerobic gram-positive bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis
• Fighting against aerobic gram-negative bacteria like Haemophilus influenzae
• Treating infections caused by Streptococcus mitis, Streptococcus oralis, and Streptococcus pneumoniae

Here are some instructions to follow while instilling V Gat 0.3 % Drops 5 ML:

• Clean your hands thoroughly before use.
• Tilt your head backwards and gently pull down your lower eyelid to make a pocket.
• Hold the dropper near the eye and squeeze gently to release the prescribed amount of drops into the eye.
• Close your eye and press gently on the tear duct for 1-2 minutes.
• Do not touch the tip of the eye dropper or place it directly on your eye.
• Wash your hands again after instilling the eye drops.
• If you need to instil other eye medications, wait for a minimum of 5 minutes before instilling them.

By blocking these enzymes, gatifloxacin stops bacterial cells from synthesising DNA and dividing, eventually leading to their death. This action helps manage bacterial eye infections effectively.
