Ulgel Oral Suspension contains two active components:

• Magaldrate (400 mg): This component acts as an antacid. It neutralises the hydrochloric acid in your stomach's secretions and increases the pH level of your stomach contents. By doing so, magaldrate reduces acidity and provides relief from heartburn, indigestion and hyperacidity.

• Simethicone (20 mg): This component is an anti-foaming agent that decreases the surface tension of gas bubbles in your gut. It causes small gas bubbles to merge into larger ones which can be more easily expelled through belching or passing wind. By dispersing and preventing the formation of mucus-enclosed gas pockets in your gut, simethicone effectively manages bloating, fullness and flatulence.
