Tarich Lotion 50mL is a drug classified as a 'keratolytic agent,' and it is generally used to treat skin disorders such as psoriasis, dandruff, and to control seborrheic dermatitis. Tarich Lotion 50mL (scaly patches and red skin on the scalp). Tarich Solution 100 mL helps to minimise skin hardness, thickness, and scaling by reducing the production of collagen. A skin disorder in which skin cells proliferate up to ten times faster than normal results in the accumulation of skin in the form of bumpy (uneven) red areas covered with white scales. The scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back are the most typical sites for these lesions. A bottle of Tarich Lotion is made up of two medications: salicylic acid (a peeling agent) and coal tar (keratoplastic). Salicylic acid is a keratolytic medication (one that softens, separates, and induces desquamation (peeling) of the cornified epithelium or horny layer of the skin). It is used to treat acne. Salicylic acid increases the amount of moisture in the skin while also dissolving the component that causes the skin cells to adhere to one another (collagen). It softens the skin by breaking down clumps of keratin, removing dead skin cells, and removing toxins from the body. Salicylic acid is also used as an anti-inflammatory and a topical antibacterial agent in addition to its other properties. Seborrhea (scaly spots and red skin primarily on the scalp) can be treated with this product, and corns and calluses can be removed with it. Coal tar is a member of a class of medications known as keratoplastics (thickens the keratin layers). It works by eliminating dead skin cells from the top layer of the skin and inhibiting the formation of new skin cells. This impact reduces scaling and dryness, hence alleviating itching associated with a variety of skin problems.
