Swich Drops are primarily used to manage a variety of bacterial infections in children. This medication is part of the broad category of antibiotics known as cephalosporins.
In addition to its main use, these drops are also employed to manage conditions such as acute otitis media (an infection in the middle ear), pharyngitis and tonsillitis (throat infections), sinusitis (inflammation of the sinuses), bronchitis (inflammation of the bronchial tubes), pneumonia (a lung infection), urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and gonorrhoea (a sexually transmitted infection). It is effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
As with all medications, it's important that you consult your doctor for the correct dosage and frequency for your child.
