Managing the Side effects
- Nausea: Sip on water or ginger tea. Eat small and frequent meals, and avoid fatty and spicy foods.
- Diarrhoea: Drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration, eat foods high in fibre and easy to digest, such as bananas, rice, and toast, and take natural probiotics such as yoghurt or buttermilk that can help restore healthy gut bacteria.
- Stomach inflammation: Eat a bland diet of easily digestible foods such as boiled rice, lentils and steamed vegetables, and avoid foods that can irritate the stomach, such as spicy, fried or fatty. You can also take over-the-counter antacids or medications that can help reduce inflammation.
- Stomach pain: Apply a warm compress or heating pad to the affected area. After consulting your doctor, take over-the-counter pain medications such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
- Indigestion: Sip in herbal teas such as ginger or chamomile to soothe your digestive system.
- Headache: Apply a cold compress or ice pack to the forehead, and try to rest in a quiet and dark room.
- Dry mouth: Suck on sugar-free candies to stimulate saliva production, and avoid caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco products which can worsen dry mouth symptoms.

PREGNANCY
There is no evidence of Sitcom tablets' safety in pregnancy. It's better to consult a doctor for the risks of taking Sitcom tablets during pregnancy.
BREASTFEEDING
There is no evidence for the safety of Sitcom tablets while breastfeeding. It's better to consult a doctor before taking a Sitcom tablet if breastfeeding.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol is not known to interact with Sitcom tablets. However, it is best to avoid alcohol while taking treatment for fissures and haemorrhoids.
LIVER
There is no evidence of using Sitcom tablets on liver patients. It's best to consult your doctor before taking a Sitcom tablet if you have a severe liver problem.
KIDNEY
Sitcom tablets are not known to interact with kidney disease. It's best to consult your doctor before taking a Sitcom tablet if you have kidney dysfunction.
USING MACHINES AND DRIVING
Sitcom tablets are not likely to cause drowsiness while operating machinery or driving. However, if you experience any side effects or feel unwell after taking the Sitcom tablet, it is recommended that you avoid driving or operating machinery until you feel better.
ALLERGY
Do not take a Sitcom tablet if you are hypersensitive to Euphorbia prostrata extract, flavonoids or any other formulation in the tablet. You may experience allergic reactions, including skin rash, itching, swelling of the face, and difficulty in breathing.
USE IN CHILDREN
There is no evidence for the safety of Sitcom tablets in children. Consult your doctor before giving a Sitcom tablet to your child.
USE IN OLDER PATIENTS
Older adults may be more susceptible to the side effects of Sitcom tablets. Moreover, older patients may also be taking other medications or supplements that can interact with Sitcom tablets, so check with a doctor before the tablets.
