• Managing a genetic condition called homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH) in children aged 8-17 years, along with diet and other lipid-lowering therapies.

• Controlling another genetic disorder known as heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH) in adolescents aged 8-17 years, in combination with diet and other lipid-lowering treatments.
