RozaGold 10 Capsule are used for the following:

• Reducing the risk of death and non-fatal stroke in patients who have had an ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack.

• Decreasing the risk of heart attack and sudden death in patients with chronic, stable chest pain.

• Decreasing the risk of developing stomach ulcers due to aspirin in patients age 55 years or older or with a history of stomach ulcers.

• Managing primary excessive cholesterol levels or mixed abnormal lipid levels, in addition to diet.

Here are some instructions while taking RozaGold 10 Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid crushing, chewing, or opening the capsule.

• Take this medicine as per your doctor's advice.

RozaGold 10 capsules are taken orally.

RozaGold 10 Capsule contains three active ingredients that work together to manage cardiovascular risk:

• Rosuvastatin (10 mg): Rosuvastatin is a statin that works by blocking an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase involved in cholesterol production in your body. With this enzyme inhibited, your body increases the number of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) receptors on liver cells, which leads to more LDL being cleared from your bloodstream. This mechanism reduces levels of "bad" cholesterol and triglycerides while boosting "good" high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol.

• Aspirin (75 mg): Aspirin acts as an antiplatelet drug by irreversibly blocking an enzyme known as cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) in your body. This enzyme is responsible for making thromboxane A2, which helps platelets stick together to form clots. By inhibiting COX-1, aspirin prevents platelet aggregation and reduces the chance of blood clot formation.

• Clopidogrel (75 mg): Like aspirin, clopidogrel is also an antiplatelet agent. It's a prodrug that gets converted into an active compound by enzymes in your body. This active compound inhibits a component of platelet receptors called P2Y12, which stops platelets from getting activated.
