KIDNEY

Perinorm Injection is known to be excreted by the kidney, and the risk of toxic reactions to Perinorm Injection may be greater in patients with impaired kidney function. Dosage adjustments are required in patients whose creatinine clearance is below 40 mL/min. They should be initiated at approximately half the recommended dosage, and then the dosage may be increased or decreased as appropriate.
