Here are the instructions to follow while taking Peptilcer 40 Tablet 10:

1. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Peptilcer 40 Tablet 10 contains pantoprazole (40 mg), which acts on the body in the following ways:

• Blocks Proton Pump: Pantoprazole works by irreversibly inhibiting an enzyme system known as the hydrogen/potassium adenosine triphosphatase (H+/K+ ATPase), or proton pump, present in the gastric parietal cells of your stomach. This enzyme system plays a vital role in producing stomach acid.

• Suppresses Gastric Acid Secretion: By blocking the proton pump, pantoprazole effectively suppresses the secretion of gastric acid. This reduces the overall acidity levels in your stomach, providing relief from symptoms and facilitating the healing of damaged tissues.
