Palbace 100 MG Capsule 21

Palbace 100 mg Capsule is used to manage the following health conditions:

• Advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-)

• Advanced or metastatic breast cancer in combination with an aromatase inhibitor as initial endocrine-based therapy in postmenopausal women or men

• Breast cancer progression following endocrine therapy, in combination with fulvestrant

Follow these instructions while taking Palbace 100 mg Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid chewing, crushing, or opening the capsule.

• If you've missed a dose, don't take an extra capsule. Simply continue at your regular time.

Palbace 100 mg Capsule is taken orally.

Palbace 100 mg Capsule contains palbociclib (100 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Blocks CDK4 and CDK6: Palbociclib inhibits proteins called cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 (CDK4 and CDK6) in your body. These proteins play a crucial role in cell division and growth.

• Slows Cancer Cell Growth: By blocking the activity of CDK4 and CDK6, palbociclib effectively slows down the growth and proliferation of cancer cells.

• Store Palbace 100 mg Capsule at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.

• Keep the capsules in their original packaging to protect them from moisture.

• Do not expose to extreme light and temperature conditions.

• Keep this medicine out of the reach and sight of children.
