Pacimol MF Tablet is used for:

• Management of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, and musculoskeletal pain

• Relief from postoperative pain

• Easing discomfort during menstrual cramps, known as primary dysmenorrhea

• Lowering high body temperature or fever

To use Pacimol MF Tablet correctly, please follow these steps:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid breaking or chewing the tablet.

• Always take the medicine, preferably with food, to avoid any stomach upset.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

Pacimol MF Tablet is taken orally.

Pacimol MF Tablet consists of two active ingredients:

• Mefenamic Acid (500 mg): As a potent nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID), mefenamic acid works by inhibiting the enzymes COX1 and COX2 in your body. These enzymes play a crucial role in producing prostaglandins, substances that cause pain and inflammation. By reducing prostaglandin production, mefenamic acid helps manage pain and inflammation.

• Paracetamol (325 mg): Classified as a paraaminophenol derivative, paracetamol acts centrally by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain. Prostaglandins are chemicals that signal pain and fever to your body. Therefore, by preventing their production, paracetamol eases pain and reduces fever. It also influences the endogenous cannabinoid system and serotonergic pathways in your body, further helping to control pain.

• Store your Pacimol MF Tablet in a tightly closed container at room temperature, ideally between 15 and 30°C.
