Ocurest Z Eye Drops are used for the following:

• Providing temporary relief from minor eye irritations, such as those caused by exposure to wind, dust, smoke, and sun.

• Helping manage symptoms linked with allergic conjunctivitis like redness, itching and watering of the eyes.

• Aiding in the relief of eye strain and fatigue related to excessive digital screen use, a condition commonly referred to as Computer Vision Syndrome.

Here are some steps to follow when using Ocurest Z Eye Drops:

• Before instilling, make sure your hands are clean and dry.

• Don't allow the dropper tip to touch any surface or your eyes to avoid contamination.

• If using other eye medications, wait at least 5 minutes before instilling them.

Ocurest Z Eye Drops contains five active ingredients each with a unique role:

• Phenylephrine (0.1%): This ingredient is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist which acts as a vasoconstrictor. In simpler terms, it tightens the blood vessels in your eyes' outer layer (the conjunctiva), which helps reduce redness and inflammation.

• Naphazoline (0.01%): Similar to Phenylephrine, Naphazoline is another alpha-adrenergic receptor agonist that acts as a vasoconstrictor. It works together with Phenylephrine to further reduce redness and inflammation in your eyes.

• Menthol: Derived from peppermint oil, Menthol also provides a cooling and soothing effect on your eyes, helping to reduce discomfort and irritation.

• Camphor (0.005%): Camphor is a natural compound that provides a cooling and soothing effect on your eyes. It helps to relieve itching and irritation, offering a sensation of comfort.

• Store Ocurest Z Eye Drops at room temperature, ideally between 15°C and 30°C.

• Keep away from direct sunlight and damp locations to avoid any degradation.

• Ensure the bottle is securely sealed when not in use to prevent contamination.

• Keep out of reach of children for safety reasons.

• If you are experiencing eye strain due to prolonged digital screen usage, take regular breaks. Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds, known as the "20-20-20 rule".
