Neugaba M 75 Mg/750mcg Capsule 15

• Management of Neuropathic pain in diabetes
• Management of Neuropathic pain of Spinal cord injury
• Management of Post-herpetic neuralgia (nerve pain due to herpes virus infection)
• Fibromyalgia ( a condition causing pain and tenderness in the entire body along with fatigue and sleeplessness)

• The capsule can be taken with or without food with a glass of water.
• If this medicine has to be discontinued, do it gradually over a period of 1 week after consulting with your doctor.
• Swallow the medicine as a whole.
• Do not chew or crush the tablet 
• Keep the medicine out of reach of children and pets.

Neugaba M 75 capsule is administered orally.

Neugaba M 75 capsule contains: 

• Pregabalin (75mg)- analogue of Gamma amino butyric acid (GABA), a chemical having various effects. It inhibits certain calcium channels which lead to its effects as Antiepileptic, analgesic and anxiolytic.
• Methylcobalamin (750mcg)- a form of Vitamin B12, that participates in various metabolic reactions and acts as cofactor for important enzymes.

• Store this medicine at room temperature (15-25ºC).
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep the tablets away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Neuropathic pain takes time to be managed. Do Not abruptly stop this medicine.
• In patients with diabetes, take special care to prevent injury to the feet as its healing is delayed in such patients and lead to formation of non-healing ulcers.
• Use of protective footwear in diabetic patients is advisable.
• Vit B12 rich diet is essential for such patients to complement this medicine in case neuropathy is due to the deficiency of this vitamin.
