Nervic OD includes Methylcobalamin, which is a vitamin that belongs to a class of medications known as anti-anemic agents. It is used to treat peripheral neuropathies and megaloblastic anaemia, both of which are caused by a lack of vitamin B12. Peripheral neuropathy is a type of nerve pain that develops as a result of damage to peripheral nerves (nerves that are located outside of the brain and spinal cord) caused by severe accidents, infections, or metabolic disorders such as type 2 diabetes. Stabbing, burning, or tingling sensations are felt on the nerves when this condition occurs. Known as megaloblastic anaemia, it is characterised by a reduction in the amount of red blood cells as a result of an acquired deficit in vitamin B12 or folic acid. Vitamin B12 is required for the proper functioning of the brain and nerves, as well as for the production of red blood cells, among other things. It is a kind of vitamin B12 that aids in the production of a variety of critical amino acids that are required for cellular replication, hemopoiesis, and myelination, among other things.
