Maclar 125 MG Tablet Dt 10 is used for managing the following conditions in your child:

• Lower respiratory tract infections, including bronchitis and pneumonia
• Skin and soft tissue bacterial infections
• Ear infections like otitis media
• Infections caused by Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC), especially in children with weakened immune systems

Here's how you should give Maclar 125 MG Tablet Dt 10 to your child:

• Give this medicine orally with a glass of water.
• You can also allow the tablet to dissolve in a spoonful of water, then give it to your child.
• Do not chew, cut, or crush the tablet.
