Lyser-D Nanotech Gel is used to manage the following:

• Pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis

• Discomfort caused by osteoarthritis

• Inflammation and discomfort in ankylosing spondylitis (inflammatory arthritis affecting the spine)

• Acute musculoskeletal pain

• Lower back pain

• Strains and sprains

• Soft tissue injuries

• Post-traumatic and post-surgical pain

Use the Lyser-D Nanotech Gel as suggested below:

• Make sure the affected skin area is clean and dry before application.

• Gently apply the gel as directed by your doctor.

• The amount of gel needed will depend on the size of the affected area.

• Rub in the gel gently but thoroughly.

• Do not apply to open wounds or infected areas of skin.

• Always wash your hands after applying the gel, unless your hands are the site being treated.

Lyser-D Nanotech Gel has a combination of active ingredients that work together to provide relief from pain and inflammation:

• Diclofenac Sodium (10 mg): Diclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation. It works by blocking certain enzymes in your body known as cyclooxygenase (COX) that produce chemicals called prostaglandins, which cause pain and inflammation.

• Methyl Salicylate (150 mg): Methyl salicylate acts as a rubefacient and analgesic, meaning it warms the area and reduces pain. It improves blood circulation by dilating the blood vessels, creating a warming sensation that helps mask pain.

• Menthol (50 mg): Menthol provides a cooling effect when applied topically. It first stimulates cold receptors in your skin which are later desensitised, providing a sensory distraction that helps mask the pain.

• Absolute Alcohol (50 mg): Absolute alcohol enhances skin absorption of other ingredients, enabling them to reach the site of pain more effectively. It also provides a cooling effect due to its rapid evaporation.

• Store Lyser-D Nanotech Gel at room temperature, ideally between 15° and 30°C.

• Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

• Ensure the gel is not exposed to moisture or damp conditions.

• Always keep it out of reach of children.

• Use the gel within its expiry date and discard it three months after first opening.

• Regular physical activity can help manage musculoskeletal pain. Gentle exercises such as walking, swimming, or yoga can improve joint flexibility and reduce arthritis symptoms.
