• You can take it with or without food.

• Dapagliflozin (10 mg): This ingredient is known as a sodiumglucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor. It works by stopping the kidneys from reabsorbing glucose back into your blood. Instead, the glucose is removed from your body through urine. This action helps lower blood sugar levels.

• Sitagliptin (100 mg): Classified as a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor, sitagliptin works by increasing the levels of certain hormones in your body that help regulate insulin production and release. These hormones, called incretins, stimulate insulin secretion and reduce glucagon release when there's sugar in your blood. This action helps control blood sugar levels without causing low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
