leptomate 25 Tablet is used to treat epilepsy (seizures) and migraines. It can also be used to treat Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (a rare, but severe form of epilepsy that starts in early childhood). Leptomate 25 Tablet can be taken with or without food, and should be taken every day at the same time. If you miss a dosage, take it as soon as you recall, and even if you feel better, complete the entire course of treatment. Stopping the Leptomate 25 Tablet without first consulting your doctor may result in an increase in the frequency of seizures. While using Leptomate 25 Tablet  your doctor may recommend that you have your serum bicarbonate levels checked on a regular basis. Nausea, taste changes, lethargy, diarrhoea, weight loss, loss of appetite, and cognitive impairment are all common adverse effects of Leptomate 25 Tablet. It may also cause vision problems such as myopia or glaucoma, so have your eyesight evaluated before starting therapy and on a regular basis afterward. You may feel dizzy or sleepy, so do not drive or do anything else that requires mental focus until you have had a chance to see how Leptomate 25 Tablet affects you. If these side effects worry you or do not go away, please see your doctor. Leptomate 25 Tablet should not be taken during pregnancy because there is clear evidence that it poses a harm to the growing infant. However, in some life-threatening instances where the advantages outweigh the hazards, the doctor may prescribe it. Please seek medical advice. It is generally not a good idea to use Leptomate 25 Tablet if you are breastfeeding. Leptomate 25 Tablet may transfer into breastmilk and harm the newborn, according to limited human research.
