Lacsoft Cream 50 gm belongs to the 'Alpha-hydroxy acid' pharmaceutical class, which is typically used for brighter, more radiant skin. It's also used to treat acne scars, melasma, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, and photoaging, among other things (premature ageing of the skin caused by repeated exposure to UV radiation). Lacsoft Cream 50 gm is made from milk and has antibacterial, antioxidant, keratolytic (removes warts and calluses), comedolytic (prevents blemish formation), and anti-inflammatory properties. Lacsoft Cream 50 gm contains Lactic acid, which helps to peel the skin and moisturise it by increasing the turnover rate of epithelial cells (cells that line the surface of the skin). Lacsoft Cream 50 gm softens and dissolves keratin by acting as an acid exfoliation. Furthermore, it aids in the slowing of skin shedding, allowing the skin to function for longer before flaking off.
