Kwik Cream 27.5 GM

Kwik Cream 27.5 GM is used for the following:

• Managing symptoms and discomfort from rheumatoid arthritis

• Reducing pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis

• Alleviating pain and swelling due to soft tissue injuries, including sprains and strains

• Providing relief from backache

• Easing muscular aches

• Gently massage the cream into your skin until it's fully absorbed.

• Wash your hands after application unless they're in the treated area.

• Don't apply to wounds, or damaged or infected skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

• Don't cover the treated area with tight bandages or dressings unless directed by your doctor.

• Consult your doctor if symptoms persist after seven days of treatment.

Kwik Cream 27.5 GM is applied topically.

Kwik Cream 27.5 GM contains two active ingredients which work together to reduce inflammation and relieve symptoms:

• Diclofenac diethylamine (1.16% w/w): This component is a potent NSAID. It works by blocking certain enzymes known as cyclooxygenase (COX) that produce substances called prostaglandins. Prostaglandins play a key role in causing pain, inflammation, and fever. By reducing their production, it helps decrease pain, swelling, and stiffness associated with arthritis and injuries.

• Linseed oil (3.0% w/w): This component is rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a type of omega-3 fatty acid. Omega-3 fatty acids are known for their anti-inflammatory properties. When applied topically, Linseed oil softens and soothes the skin, while also helping to reduce inflammation.

• Store Kwik Cream 27.5 GM at a normal room temperature.

• Keep the cream protected from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Always ensure the tube is tightly closed after use to prevent air exposure.

• Keep it out of reach of children for safety.

• Make sure you use Kwik Cream 27.5 GM before the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

• Incorporate physical activities like walking or low-intensity exercises in your routine. Regular activity can help manage symptoms of arthritis and musculoskeletal pain, but remember to avoid overexertion.

• Maintain a balanced diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids, found in foods like fish and walnuts. These nutrients have anti-inflammatory properties which can support the function of Kwik Cream 27.5 GM in reducing inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
