Ivernol Shampoo is used to get rid of head lice. It eliminates the insects that cause infection in the scalp and hair. Your doctor will instruct you on how to use Ivernol Shampoo and how much you will require. To be sure you're using the medicine appropriately, read the directions that came with it. It's only for external use and should only be used on the hair and scalp. If you come into contact with your eyes, mouth, or nose by accident, wash it off right away with plenty of water. It should be applied to dry hair and scalp, starting at the scalp and working outwards to the ends of your hair. After applying it, wait 10 minutes before rinsing it fully with warm water. After that, remove any dead lice with a fine-toothed comb. To help kill the lice, wash all recently used or used clothing, bedding, towels, and hairbrushes in hot water.
