Deco Eye/Ear Drops are used for the following conditions:

Follow these instructions while using Deco Eye/Ear Drops:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before use.

• For eye use: Tilt your head back, pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket, and carefully drop the medicine into this pocket.

• For ear use: Lie down with the affected ear facing upwards, gently pull your earlobe upwards and backwards to open up the ear canal, then drop the medicine into your ear.

• Do not touch the tip of the dropper to any surface to avoid contamination.

Deco Eye/Ear Drops consist of multiple active ingredients:

• Chloramphenicol (1%): This broad-spectrum antibiotic hinders bacterial protein synthesis. It does this by attaching itself to a part of bacteria known as the 50S ribosomal subunit, preventing new peptide bonds from forming. This stops bacterial growth and replication.

• Betamethasone (0.01%): This potent corticosteroid exercises anti-inflammatory actions. It suppresses the inflammatory response by blocking the release of inflammatory substances like prostaglandins and leukotrienes in your body. This action reduces redness, swelling and itchiness at the site of inflammation.

• Phenylmercuric nitrate (0.002%): This component serves as a preservative in the formulation, ensuring that it remains effective over time.

• Store Deco Eye/Ear Drops at a temperature below 25°C.

• Keep the product away from direct light and moisture to maintain its effectiveness.
