Caboprost Injection is used in the following conditions:

• Aborting pregnancies: It is used to end pregnancies between the 13th and 20th weeks after the first day of the last menstrual period
• Failure of previous treatment: If other methods to end the pregnancy have not worked, this injection can be considered an option.
• Premature rupture of membranes: In some cases, when the fluid-filled sac around the fetus breaks too early, causing a loss of medication and insufficient uterine contractions, this injection may be used.
• Unintended rupture of membranes: If the sac around the fetus breaks accidentally or naturally and the uterus isn't contracting enough to expel the fetus, this injection may assist with the fetus's expulsion.
