Buta-Proxyvon SP Tablet is used for managing the following conditions:

• Osteoarthritis: A type of joint disease that results from the breakdown of joint cartilage and underlying bone.

• Rheumatoid arthritis: An autoimmune disorder causing chronic inflammation of the joints.

• Ankylosing spondylitis: A rare type of arthritis causing pain and stiffness in your spine.

• Low back pain: Pain located in the lower back area.

• Dental pain: Pain in the teeth and their supporting structures.

• Post-operative pain: Pain that occurs due to surgical procedures.

• Dysmenorrhoea: Severe, painful cramps during menstruation.

• Soft tissue injuries: Injuries related to sprains and strains.

To use Buta-Proxyvon SP Tablet properly, follow these steps:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• It's crucial not to exceed the recommended intake without consulting your doctor.

• Do not suddenly stop taking this medicine without first discussing it with your doctor.

Buta-Proxyvon SP Tablet is taken orally.

Buta-Proxyvon SP Tablet contains three active ingredients:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This component belongs to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes in your body responsible for producing certain chemicals called prostaglandins, which cause pain and inflammation.

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic medicine. It acts within your central nervous system to block prostaglandin synthesis, reducing pain and fever.

• Serratiopeptidase (15 mg): Derived from a type of bacteria called Serratia marcescens, serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme with anti-inflammatory properties. It helps break down inflammatory mediators in your body, reducing swelling and promoting wound healing by facilitating the resorption of fibrin and other debris from tissues.

• Store Buta-Proxyvon SP Tablet at room temperature, below 30 degrees Celsius.

• Keep the medicine in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture.

• Ensure it's out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.

• Always check the expiry date before use, and don't take it if it's past this date.
