To use Budenase AQ Nasal Spray properly, follow these steps:

• Blow your nose gently to clear your nostrils.

• Shake the bottle well before use.

• Remove the cap and tilt your head forward slightly.

• Insert the spray tip into one nostril while closing the other with a finger.

• Breathe in through your nose and squirt a spray firmly while doing so.

• Breathe out through your mouth and repeat with the other nostril.

• Avoid blowing your nose for at least 15 minutes after using the spray.
