B 29 Injection 2 ML is primarily used to manage vitamin B12 deficiency that results in anaemia and neuropathy. It is part of a group of medicines known as nutritional supplements.
In addition to this primary use, this injection is also used to manage conditions where there is inadequate intake of vitamin B12, such as in strict vegetarians or those with specific intestinal disorders that affect the absorption of vitamin B12. It's also beneficial when the body has increased requirements for vitamin B12, like during pregnancy, hyperthyroidism, and certain liver and kidney disorders.
