Azikem 500 Tablet treats various bacterial infections, including community-acquired pneumonia, otitis media, sinusitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, and skin infections. It is also effective for lung and urinary tract infections, sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhoea, and typhoid fever.

• Take Azikem 500 Tablet ideally on an empty stomach, either an hour before a meal or two hours afterwards.
• Swallow the tablet whole. Avoid crushing, breaking or chewing it.
• Use this medicine regularly at evenly timed intervals as advised by your doctor.
• Even if you feel better, don't stop taking Azikem 500 Tablet until your prescribed course is finished. Stopping prematurely may cause the infection to return or worsen.
