Arigaba Ointment  should only be used externally. Use it according to your doctor's instructions for dosage and duration. Before using, read the directions on the label. Clean and dry the affected area before applying the ointment and gently massaging it in.

Gabapentin, Capsaicin Based Rubefacients, Ketoprofen, and Methyl Salicylate are all included in Arigaba Ointment. Gabapentin is an alpha 2 delta ligand that reduces pain by altering nerve cell calcium channel function. Capsaicin-based rubefacients are plant derivatives that activate specific receptors in the pain neurons to cause long-term desensitisation. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs) include ketoprofen (NSAIDs). It acts by preventing the release of pain and inflammation-causing chemical messengers (redness and swelling). Topical analgesics such as Methyl Salicylate are utilised (pain reliever). It works by chilling and then reheating the skin. This cooling and warming activity disrupts the passage of pain signals across nerves. They relieve neuropathic pain when used together (pain from damaged nerves).
