Acera-D Capsule can be used to manage the following health issues:

• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux): This condition occurs when stomach acid flows back into the food pipe, causing heartburn and discomfort.
• Peptic ulcer disease: It is a condition where open sores develop on the lining of the stomach or small intestine, leading to pain and irritation.

To use Acera-D Capsule:

• Take it as advised by your doctor.
• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the capsule.
• Do not alter the dosage without consulting your doctor.

• Follow any specific instructions provided by your doctor for optimal results.

Acera-D Capsule is taken orally, which means it is swallowed with water and not used externally or injected.

Acera-D Capsule contains two active ingredients: Domperidone and Rabeprazole.

• Domperidone works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing the food to move more readily through the stomach. It also prevents nausea.
• Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces the production of acid in the stomach.

• Store Acera-D Capsule in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Protect the medicine from moisture.
• Keep Acera-D Capsule out of reach and sight of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
• Use the medicine before the expiry date mentioned on the packaging.

• Avoid consuming hot tea, coffee, spicy food, or chocolate as they can worsen acidity symptoms.
• Maintain a healthy weight through regular exercise and a balanced diet to reduce acid reflux.
• Eat smaller, frequent meals rather than large meals to prevent excessive stomach acid production.
• Avoid lying down immediately after meals; wait for at least 2 hours before lying down or going to bed.
• Limit alcohol consumption as it can increase acidity and interfere with the effectiveness of the Acera-D Capsule.
• Quit smoking as it is hazardous and can worsen symptoms of acid reflux and delay the healing of peptic ulcers.
