It can also help with muscle pain, back discomfort, toothaches, and ear and throat pain. With or without food, Acebloc P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet should be taken. You should take it as directed by your doctor on a regular basis. Depending on your pain level and needs, your doctor may adjust the dose and time between doses. Do not take more or use it for longer than your doctor has prescribed. Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, and diarrhoea are some of the major side effects of this medicine.
