Uses of Venlafaxine
Primarily, Venlafaxine is used for the management of major depressive disorder (MDD), generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety disorder (SAD), and panic disorder. It is part of the serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) class of medications.
In some cases, Venlafaxine might also be prescribed for managing diabetic neuropathy, menopausal hot flashes and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
