Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose can lead to an increase in the severity of side effects such as headache, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, constipation, nausea, dizziness, flatulence, and dry mouth. If you suspect an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

• If you miss a dose of this combination, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is nearing the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosage schedule. Never double up on a dose to make up for a missed one.

Most side effects are temporary and generally harmless and resolve when discontinuing this combination. However, if you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any of the symptoms, please consult your doctor.

• For dry mouth, sipping water regularly and maintaining good oral hygiene can be beneficial.

• Increase your intake of fluids to manage constipation and drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration from diarrhoea.

Use in Driving and Operating Machinery

• This combination may cause dizziness in some individuals. If you experience this side effect, avoid driving or operating heavy machinery until you feel capable.

• The safety and efficacy of this combination during pregnancy and lactation have not been established. Consult your doctor before using this combination during these periods.

• Minimise intake of spicy, fatty, and fried foods that can aggravate gastrointestinal disorders.

• Limit caffeine consumption as it might trigger stomach acid production.

• Smaller, more frequent meals can help reduce incidents of heartburn or bloating associated with gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) or dyspepsia.
