Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of Human Insulin/Soluble Insulin can lead to severe hypoglycemia, which can cause symptoms like sweating, tremors, dizziness, confusion, and in extreme cases, seizures or unconsciousness. Immediate medical attention is necessary if overdose is suspected.
• If a dose of Human Insulin/Soluble Insulin is missed, it should be administered as soon as one remembers. However, if it's close to the time for the next dose, the missed dose should be skipped. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one.
