Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of Domperidone and Ranitidine can cause symptoms like drowsiness, confusion, involuntary muscle movements (extrapyramidal reactions), and irregular heart rhythms (QT prolongation). Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of these symptoms.

• If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is near the timing for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next one at the regular time.
