Bromhexine is a mucolytic. It works by thinning and loosening mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up. This helps clear the airways and improves breathing.
Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine. It reduces symptoms like sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose by blocking the action of histamine, a natural substance in the body that produces these symptoms when reacting to allergens.
Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is an analgesic and antipyretic. It helps relieve pain and reduce fever by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the brain that cause pain sensations and fever.
Phenylephrine is a decongestant. It narrows blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion and making it easier to breathe. Together, these medicines work in synergy to provide relief from various symptoms associated with respiratory tract infections, flu, or common cold.
