Contraindications

• This combination medicine is not advisable for patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin, or Esomeprazole.

• It is also contraindicated for patients with a history of hepatic dysfunction or cholestatic jaundice associated with prior clarithromycin use.

Other Medications to Avoid

• This combination may interact with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir etc), benzodiazepines (like alprazolam, diazepam), and anticoagulants (for example, warfarin).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Overdosage with this medicine might lead to symptoms which are generally consistent with those of its individual components. There is no specific antidote. In case of an overdose, symptomatic and supportive treatment should be administered.

• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular dosing schedule.
