How Aceclofenac + Rabeprazole works

These prostaglandins are responsible for causing pain and inflammation. So, by blocking COX, Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation.
Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor. It works by decreasing the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Specifically, it blocks an enzyme in the stomach lining called H+/K+ ATPase, which is responsible for acid production. By suppressing this acid secretion, Rabeprazole helps protect the stomach lining from damage caused by the NSAID component, Aceclofenac, thereby reducing the risk of stomach ulcers and other related complications.
